Building Permit
Written permission in the form of a building permit granted by the Enoch City Building Department is required prior to beginning the construction of a new building or other improvements. Regarding new home construction, the homeowner is not allowed to move into the home until a certificate of occupancy is granted.
If you are building a fence we suggest you talk to the Building Inspector so he may assist you in locating your property line and any utility easements that may be on your property.
