The Enoch City Council passed Ordinance No.2010-09-01-A, an ordinance amending the Enoch City Subdivision Ordinance to change the requirement that secondary water irrigation systems be installed in all new subdivisions, to be reviewed on a case-by-basis and include review by the Water Board.
