During the years after "Y2K", Enoch City experienced a burst of new residential development. In July of 2000, the U.S. Census Bureau estimated Enoch population to be at 3,612 residents. In July of 2010, that estimate was at 5,824 residents. With the estimated growth at 61%, the increase in demand for basic services were met with great energy and enthusiasm.
