  • Enoch Scouts: Family Pack 1848 and Troop 1848 will meet every Thursday on the 2nd floor of the Enoch library (4763 Santa Fe Trail). Cub Scouts (grades K-5) meet from 4:30 to 5:30 pm; Boy Scouts (ages 11-17) from 7 to 8 pm. What we do in 2022 will depend on those who come and participate in these formative months. Also looking for parents and other adult volunteers to make a positive impact – with varying options and levels of time commitment. For more info email enochscouts@gmail.com, or visit https://www.facebook.com/TroopPack1848.

  • Please don’t toss that Scout stuff!! Keep our new community units in mind before you clean out your closets and discard scout-related items. Any donations will be greatly appreciated, including new and used:
    • Uniforms, patches, pins, and other insignia for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and leaders
    • Handbooks (all age groups; leader guides, etc.)
    • Merit Badge books, blank “blue cards”, and other merit badge related resources
    • Blank forms, applications, and worksheets
    • Pack or Troop Gear: Tents, rope, canopies, camp chairs, cookware, backpacks, first-aid kits, compasses, craft supplies, plastic totes, food or water coolers, etc.)
    • Financial support of any kind to help with general supplies, travel costs, rank advancements, badges, pins, awards, and hopefully help us start saving for larger wish-list items like a camp chef stove, propane, and an enclosed trailer or storage shed.
Donations can be dropped off at the Enoch City offices (during office hours, please), or you may reach out to Sheila Shaw or Bryan Fanton to schedule a time and place for pick up. Thanks for supporting our local youth!
