ENOCH CITY MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2020
The Enoch City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00PM. Except for the meeting scheduled for January 1st, New Year’s Day, which will be held on 1-8-2020. The Planning Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:30PM. The Economic Development Committee meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 6:30pm. The Water Board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 4:30pm as needed. The Tree Committee meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm. The Recreation Advisory Board meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm. The Land Use Appeal Authority meets only “as needed” and will advertise their meetings in advance per State law. ome meeting dates may change due to circumstances and will be noticed per State Code requirements. Notice is hereby given that the Enoch City Council passed two (2) ordinances at a regular meeting of the Enoch City Council held on January 20, 2021. Ordinance No. 2021-01-20-A changed the zoning of 57 acres of property owned by the Richardson’s on Midvalley Road From Single Family Residential R-1-18 to Single Family Residential R-1-11. Ordinance No. 2021-01-20-C amended the Enoch Zoning Ordinance by changing Chapters 13-2, 14-2, 15-2, 16-2 and 17-3 by allowing 20% of an entire residential lot to be used for an accessory building. Ordinance No. 2020-12-16-A changed the zoning of property owned by Tapia Construction, Inc. from Multiple Residential M-R-2 to Community Commercial. The Enoch City Planning Commission has received an application for a zone change for property owned by Tapia Construction located north of the StorRight Storage units on Highway 91. The property is currently zoned Multiple Residential M-R-2. The owners are requesting the property be rezoned to Community Commercial (C-C). The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday December 8, 2020 at 5:30 pm.
